Chocolate Rum Truffle Torte


Chocolate on its own – amazing! Rum on its own - naughty but nice! But when you combine the two, well that just takes the enjoyment to a whole different level. The crunchy layer of thick biscuit base is the perfect foil to a decadently rich seam of rum-infused chocolate truffle fondant, crowned with a swirl of white chocolate. Heaven on a plate! And even better served with our raspberry sorbet. Serves 6
