Baileys & Chocolate Roulade – we  have seen sales on roulades leap like a frightened gazelle this year so we wanted to make sure we had something to offer here. What says Christmas more than Baileys? Nothing. It is a word more globally synonymous with the festive period than Santa himself.

Mincemeat Frangipane Tart – Our best selling dessert by some distance is the berry crumble frangipane tart so we have taken all the great things about that and given it the Christmas zhuzh.

Mince Pies – if Mr Kipling ever tasted our Mince Pies he would have to google ‘words that convey something far better than exceedingly good’. Our fruit comes from Herefordshire and our pastry is made by magicians.

Streusel topped Mince Pies – a slight twist on the classic, we have given these a beautiful crumble topping to add texture and flavour. Mary Berry describes Streusel as ‘better than a whopping glass of Gin & Tonic’ which is high praise indeed from her. 

Mint Chocolate Torte / Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut Torte / Caramel Chocolate & Speculoos Torte – made in the same way as our Great taste award winning Vegan Chocolate Torte with a trio of different flavour profiles.

• Classic dark chocolate and Mint flavour, one that you can savour any time you like, you don’t have to wait until After eight.
• Belgian milk chocolate & hazelnut flavour, a Gianduja style topping on a biscuit base.
• Caramelised chocolate and Speculoos flavour, why speculoos? Biscoff the flavour goes so well with blonde chocolate of course!
