Berry Crumble Frangipane Tart

Packed full of Herefordshire blackcurrants and raspberries, this fruity tart boasts the perfect balance between sweet and sharp in the berries with a subtle almond frangipane infusion. Topped off with a crunchy strussel, this is a tart that can be enjoyed whatever the time of year. Serves 6

Herefordshire raspberries & blackcurrants, British white sugar, butter, egg, plain flour (wheat), almonds, Demerara sugar, strawberry jam, salt, water, almond oil.

Remove all packaging when frozen and place on flan dish. Defrost for 3-4 hours at room temperature or 6 hours in the fridge. This tart can be eaten chilled, at room temperature or warm. To warm through, place in a pre-heated oven: 160°C electric, 150°C fan assisted or gas mark 3 for 10 minutes.
