Salted Caramel

Over the last few years, our Salted Caramel luxury ice cream has become one of the nation's favourite flavours and it's easy to see why! There are lots of variations out there with swirls, whirls and crunchy bits but as we use only natural ingredients and no additives, we blend our homemade caramel into the locally sourced, Herefordshire cream. This results in a smooth, rich and indulgent premium ice cream. Our luxury ice creams come in a variety of sizes perfect for treating yourself or for our trade friends. This salted caramel is perfect on its own or accompanying on of our apple tarts.
